JACKIE WALIGORA'S TIPS: Get Organized with Rubberstamps!!
Never make just one stamped project.  The original idea or first attempt at any stamped project is the one that takes the most time. Once you have completed your design to your satisfaction. Repeat it at least 10-20 times and save the copies for another time. Keep a notebook filled with one copy of each project you complete and give it a code number. Then keep a file of those you regularly correspond with and note in the file the numbers of the designs you have sent them. This eliminates sending duplicates to the same person and gives you a reminder of ideas that you may have difficulty recalling later on. Another great thing about this method is that you have a record of your growth as a stamper. It is really educational to look back at your earliest efforts and note the increased creative abilities you have acquired. This idea was given to me by Cathy Kaylor, a wonderful person who was the teacher in the first stamp class I ever took. She now teaches classes in stamp stores including Creative Circle. As a representative for All Night Media and a veteran of stamp conventions across the country. Cathy has access to all sorts of great information.
